Whimsimods does not offer refunds; however, we do facilitate exchanges or provide store credit.

Exchanges are accepted for the same item or an item of equal value, provided the item is unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

If you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Whimsimods@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.

To exchange your product, please ship it to 11750 Downey Avenue, Downey California 90241, United States. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging your item. The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was sold.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not liable for lost packages. We recommend using an insured mail service with tracking numbers.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
